The Scrum Master — Active TS/SCI Clearance role is onsite in Annapolis Junction, MD, with compensation of $130,000–$160,000 per year. The primary location is Annapolis Junction; a future location may be Landover, MD, with JBAB depending on responsibilities. The role leads service engineering Scrum Teams that design and deliver service-related artifacts for enterprise requirements.

What you'll do

• Lead the development effort by communicating the vision and prioritizing work based on business value. Coordinate the Scrum process from initiation through delivery
• liaise among product owners, development teams, stakeholders, and management
• maintain the product backlog and release plan
• facilitate meetings and remove impediments
• manage Scrum artifacts and reports
• and monitor delivery against requirements, deadlines, and budget.

Why this role

An active TS/SCI clearance and current DoD 8570.1-M IAT Level II certification, such as Security CE, are required. PMP, Scrum Master, Agile, ITIL Foundations, and ServiceNow experience are desired.
