What you'll do

• Assemble charcuterie products according to recipes and specifications
• weigh, portion, and package meats, cheeses, and related products
• inspect quality, consistency, and presentation
• maintain a clean and safe work area and follow HACCP and GMP food-safety standards
• operate basic production equipment including slicers, sealers, scales, and labeling machines
• assist with inventory, packaging, and shipping as needed
• work with the team to meet production goals and deadlines.
