Sonographer — Fertility Care

The Sonographer role is onsite in New York, NY, with work also required at the Westchester satellite location in Hartsdale, NY. Compensation is not specified in the posting. The Sonographer performs diagnostic ultrasound examinations and communicates findings to interpreting physicians, supporting clinical assessment and patient care. The position also contributes to daily sonography laboratory operations and patient flow.

What you'll do

• Perform ultrasound examinations using AIUM protocols
• obtain relevant patient and prior-exam information
• provide direct patient care as needed
• perform blood draws according to protocols
• communicate differentials to physicians
• prepare computerized reports and documentation
• assist with ultrasound-guided sterile procedures
• maintain equipment, supplies, safety, and HIPAA compliance
• support patient education and onboarding when requested.

Why this role

Requires an associate’s degree, ARDMS or equivalent certification, and at least one year of OB/GYN sonography experience. Two Saturdays per month and travel between Manhattan and Hartsdale are required.
