What you'll do

• Maintain grounds and keep walkways and drives clear and in good repair
• repair building features, furniture, locks, windows, and other fixtures
• maintain electrical and plumbing systems
• organize fire drills and inspect fire safety equipment
• maintain facility equipment
• staff the maintenance department
• follow safety, regulatory, and resident-rights requirements
• track assigned budgets.
