Senior Software QA Specialist

What you'll do

• Conduct Agile QA for completed bugs and stories
• work with support and product management to diagnose customer issues
• participate in sprint planning and execution
• create and execute test plans
• qualify customer use cases and environments
• coordinate testing of major features
• evaluate software and firmware against test plans
• update test plans
• configure and monitor long-term and integration tests
• mentor other QA specialists
• uphold QA best practices.
