The Vitamin/Body Care Assistant role is onsite in Golden, CO, with compensation of $19.50 per hour. The role supports Natural Grocers’ vitamin and body care departments. The assistant helps department managers operate profitable, well-stocked departments while providing customer service. Work includes inventory and ordering support, merchandising, register coverage, staff task follow-up, and maintaining product knowledge and store standards.

What you'll do

• Provide customer service and a positive customer experience
• maintain inviting, stocked departments
• assist with ordering and inventory
• support margin, sales, and department profitability
• maintain product standards
• handle special orders
• merchandise shelves, endcaps, and displays
• assist with tagging, facing, rotating, cleaning, markdowns, stocking, and backstock
• assist with training and task follow-up
• conduct demos
• support opening and closing, cash handling, and register functions
• answer customer questions according to company policies
• use SAP and inventory software
• work five days and 40 hours per week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as store needs require.

High school diploma or equivalent is preferred. The schedule includes evenings, weekends, and holidays; the role may have limited Manager on Duty responsibilities but is not intended to be overall store Manager on Duty.
