What you'll do

• Support occupancy and revenue goals in line with business and marketing plans
• use sales processes and systems to track information and compile reports
• provide administrative support to the sales team
• coordinate sales activities and convert deposits to move-ins
• plan and execute marketing events
• prepare weekly and monthly reports
• enter sales and marketing activity
• help assess prospective residents’ needs and explain community services and programs
• assist with prospect visits, initial assessments or sales presentations, and required move-in forms
• participate in outside events, professional groups, and local community involvement.

Why this role
