The Senior Civil Litigation Attorney — Hybrid role is hybrid in Anacortes, WA. Compensation is $140,000–$160,000 per year. The position supports a boutique law firm’s Anacortes team, backed by additional offices in the Greater Seattle area and a diverse client base. The attorney leads civil litigation matters from inception through resolution, including trial, and works directly with clients. The practice spans real estate, probate, trusts and estates, construction, contracts, and business disputes, with related transactional support when needed.

What you'll do

• Lead litigation matters through resolution, including trial
• manage disputes across listed practice areas
• draft pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery, settlement documents, and other case materials
• represent clients in court, mediation, arbitration, and other proceedings
• prepare witnesses, evidence strategy, and oral arguments
• advise on risk and case outcomes
• support related transactional matters when needed
• collaborate with attorneys and staff
• and mentor others or help build processes as the practice expands.
