What you'll do

• Open new accounts using the bank’s platform
• prepare signature cards, disclosures, and other documents
• assist customers and resolve escalated issues
• perform teller, safe-deposit, ATM-balancing, and wire tasks
• conduct account callbacks
• understand documentation requirements
• act as dual custodian for vault, cash, and keys
• handle clerical tasks and phone inquiries
• identify cross-sell opportunities
• maintain and communicate procedures
• follow BSA/AML and compliance policies.
