What you'll do

• Manage legacy scheduling data, including prior contacts, inactive leads, cancellations, and unscheduled appointments
• make outbound calls and send email outreach to re-engage patients
• maintain scheduling database and EHR records
• track outreach, appointment status, and follow-up
• respond to scheduling inquiries
• explain appointment requirements and next steps
• identify opportunities to improve booking conversion and retention
• participate in workflow and performance meetings
• protect patient confidentiality under HIPAA
• address patient concerns and scheduling conflicts
• collaborate with scheduling, marketing, and operations teams
• prepare KPI and outreach performance reports.
