School Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

The School Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) role is onsite in Exton, PA, and pays $25 per hour. CritiCare Home Health & Nursing Services is seeking support for students with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disabilities. Working closely with Board Certified Behavior Analysts and other professionals, the RBT supports student assessment and progress, uses evidence-based teaching strategies to build academic and social skills, and records behavior and progress data during camp activities. The work contributes to targeted student support and positive behavior.

What you'll do

• Work closely with BCBAs and other professionals to provide targeted support to students with ASD and other developmental disabilities
• assist with assessment and evaluation of student behavior and progress
• use evidence-based teaching strategies to support academic and social skills
• use behavior management techniques to promote positive behaviors and reduce challenging behaviors
• collect data on student progress and behavior during camp activities.
