What you'll do

• Lead ServiceNow implementation and expansion projects
• develop project plans, schedules, milestones, dependencies, and timelines
• coordinate business, technical, product, platform, vendor, and implementation-partner activities
• manage scope, risks, issues, assumptions, and decisions
• facilitate meetings and track actions
• prepare status reports and executive dashboards
• coordinate testing, UAT, defect resolution, training, change management, deployment, go-live, stabilization, and knowledge transfer
• maintain project documentation.
