• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables

• coordinate complex projects and meetings
• track milestones and status
• identify and mitigate risks and issues
• coordinate resources across business units
• monitor metrics and report progress
• gather customer feedback
• support implementation improvements and department initiatives
• perform meeting and workshop logistics as needed.
