The Chief Financial Officer role is onsite in Houston, TX. The base salary range is $150,000–$200,000 per year, plus a performance bonus. The CFO works with Beyond International Group’s senior partnership team to support sustainable growth in the real estate private investment business. The CFO leads financial operations and accounting direction, shaping financial strategy, strengthening financial systems, and supporting company goals. The role oversees planning, reporting, compliance, fund accounting, and relationships with investors and financial institutions.

What you'll do

• Develop and implement financial strategy
• advise executives and the Board on financial planning and performance
• oversee finance and operational departments
• maintain capital-market relationships
• lead annual budgets and quarterly reforecasts
• manage monthly and quarterly corporate and fund closes and consolidated reporting
• coordinate tax compliance
• improve financial systems and processes
• support fund cash distributions and waterfall calculations
• lead annual fund audits.
