What you'll do

• Administer Microsoft 365 services including SharePoint, Exchange, Entra, Intune, Autopilot, Teams, Copilot, and Azure
• support hybrid identity and legacy Active Directory
• manage Windows and Apple endpoints, AWS WorkSpaces, endpoint deployment, and test environments
• automate with PowerShell and Terraform
• manage patches and upgrades
• apply and monitor CIS benchmarks
• serve as a tier 3 escalation point, document changes for audit and compliance, guide Client Platform Engineers, and evaluate emerging platform capabilities. Periodic travel, occasional work outside typical business hours, and on-call responsibilities several days per month are required.
