What you'll do

• Maintain an assigned caseload and implement in-home services
• collaborate with DCYF on referrals, treatment plans, meetings, and documentation
• provide therapeutic interventions, parent education, and supervised visitation
• report progress to courts when requested
• serve as clinical lead on cases with multiple providers
• assess client risk
• document clinical contacts
• and participate in an on-call rotation.
