This entry-level day-program role supports individuals by following health and safety protocols, assisting with daily living skills, maintaining documentation, and communicating with families, clinicians, and other team members.

What you'll do

• Follow individual service plans and department health and safety protocols
• engage with and supervise individuals
• maintain a clean and organized environment
• teach and assist with daily living activities such as cleaning, chores, laundry, and hygiene
• complete documentation, data collection, and progress notes
• communicate and follow up with team members
• support clinicians with service-note reviews, observations, and training feedback as needed
• accompany individuals on off-site activities and appointments.
