What you'll do

• Recruit participants
• administer and score assessments, including TABE
• prepare and deliver lesson plans and instructional materials
• monitor participant progress
• create job-skills workshops
• coordinate with community partners and career fairs
• follow case-management and orientation procedures
• maintain case notes, customer contacts, and data
• support graduation and outreach materials.
