The Direct Support Professional (DSP) — Floater role is onsite in Cicero, IN. Compensation is $160 per day/evening shift and $200 per overnight/weekend shift. The DSP supports individuals’ daily routines, independence, and community involvement. As an as-needed floater covering shifts, the role helps maintain consistent support, coordinate healthcare needs, and assist individuals with daily activities and choices.
