Registered Nurse (RN) - Part-Time Nights - Long Term Care

Utilizes the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, outcomes/planning, implementation and evaluation) to provide individualized nursing care; collaborates with resident, family, and inter-disciplinary colleagues; coordinates care, performs resident assessment and education; may serve as charge nurse and delegate tasks.
