Sanitation & Maintenance Technician

Job overview

The Sanitation & Maintenance Technician role is onsite in Melville, NY, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM and pay of $25–$30 per hour. What you'll do

• Clean and sanitize warehouse floors, racks, equipment, offices, break rooms, and restrooms
• follow sanitation schedules and maintain logs
• operate floor scrubbers
• perform basic building maintenance, minor repairs, inspections, and preventative maintenance tasks
• identify and escalate safety or maintenance issues
• coordinate and monitor outside vendors
• maintain service records
• and support after-hours emergency maintenance as required.
