McKinley Community Services’ Ada U Leadership Academy, research internships, and organizational development initiatives. The manager builds leadership capacity and employee development systems by coordinating leadership pathways, training, research internships, and program evaluation. The role connects learning and research activities to organizational priorities and supports continuous improvement across the organization.

What you'll do

• Coordinate the Ada U Leadership Academy, assessments, development plans, learning pathways, cohorts, capstone projects, and progress tracking
• assess training needs and develop or facilitate training
• oversee research interns and coordinate research and program evaluation activities
• maintain project plans and documentation
• prepare reports and presentations
• collaborate with leadership, departments, interns, consultants, and community partners.
