The After School Group Leader role is onsite at Atfalati Ridge Elementary, 29174 NW King St, North Plains, OR 97133. Compensation is $20 per hour. AlphaBEST Education provides extended-day, summer, and enrichment programs that engage students beyond the school day. The group leader guides students through daily enrichment activities and helps maintain a safe, supportive, and inclusive environment. The role supports students’ learning and development through structured activities and positive relationships with children, families, teammates, and school staff.

• Lead a group of students through daily curriculum activities in world languages, STEAM, fitness, maker activities, and arts
• prioritize child safety and follow procedures
• keep the space clean and organized
• help create a supportive and inclusive environment
• build relationships with teammates, children, families, and school staff.
