What you'll do

• Lead daily customer support operations
• manage and develop specialists
• establish service standards, staffing coverage, and escalation procedures
• oversee case management and customer experience
• monitor feedback and service metrics
• improve workflows through redesign, automation, and self-service
• support ordering and reporting platforms
• coordinate with clinical, laboratory, operations, billing, commercial, IT, product, and external partners
• maintain SOPs and support audits and quality reviews.
