Maintenance Supervisor

What you'll do

• Lead, schedule, and supervise the onsite maintenance team
• manage work orders and unit turns
• perform and delegate HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance, and carpentry repairs
• inspect property areas
• manage preventive maintenance, supplies, and budget
• oversee vendors and contractors
• ensure safety and building-code compliance
• participate in an after-hours on-call rotation
• communicate with the Property Manager.
