What you'll do

• Review and process invoices and supporting approvals
• maintain invoice records and vendor files
• route invoices through approval workflows and follow up
• communicate with vendors and internal teams about payment status and discrepancies
• track utility payments
• assist with monthly reporting, analysis, budgeting, variance analysis, year-end activities, and audit preparation
• research outstanding property balances.
