The Pre-K Teacher and Family Advocate role is onsite, with openings in Sweet Home, Lebanon, and Albany, OR. Compensation depends on ORO step placement: $22.52 per hour at Step 8 or below, $4,747.48 per month at Step 9, and $5,427.84 per month at Step 10 or above. Kids & Company of Linn County is a mission-driven organization serving children and families. The role leads a Head Start classroom and supports children’s social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development. It also partners with families through goal setting, referrals, home visits, and coordination with program and community services.

What you'll do

• Lead a safe, positive classroom
• plan developmentally appropriate activities and curriculum
• assess and document children’s progress
• maintain child records and complete screenings and reports
• guide teaching partners and volunteers
• conduct home visits
• support family goals, referrals, and parent involvement
• collaborate with Family Services staff and consultants.
