What you'll do

• Originate residential mortgage loans throughout the local market
• develop relationships with Realtors, builders, financial professionals, community partners, and assigned retail branches
• respond to branch-generated, inbound, and online opportunities
• advise borrowers on mortgage structures and financing solutions
• manage borrowers and referral partners through the lending process
• coordinate with processing, underwriting, and closing teams
• maintain communication and applicable licensing, compliance, and regulatory standards
• build referral relationships and self-generated production.
