This role supports the TurboTax local service team in providing expert tax preparation and financial guidance to clients. This role exists to provide comprehensive tax return preparation and advisory services, acting as a trusted guide for clients. The Tax Expert contributes to the team by building long-term client relationships and supporting the growth of the local TurboTax presence.

What you'll do

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Facilitate discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions, minimize tax liabilities, maximize refunds, and provide future tax planning advice.
• Act as a community ambassador to build and grow a new local customer base for TurboTax.
• Champion the full Intuit ecosystem by connecting clients with complementary services such as bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
