What you'll do

  • Analyze personal and business financial records, payment flows, assets, and damages
  • assess ability to pay settlements and judgments
  • identify related-party transactions
  • analyze healthcare claims and other data
  • create financial damage models
  • conduct asset valuation and records reconstruction
  • develop computerized models
  • report findings to attorneys and investigators
  • review defense presentations and expert reports
  • work with independent experts
  • prepare expert reports
  • participate in negotiations as requested
  • testify as required
  • provide training and presentations.

Why this role

Requires at least five years of forensic financial accounting, litigation consulting, or healthcare fraud analysis experience, with demonstrated understanding of evidence rules and civil procedures. CPA and Certified Fraud Examiner credentials are preferred.
