New Construction Project Manager

Job overview

The New Construction Project Manager position is onsite in Jessup, MD, with a territory that includes Washington, DC; Manassas, VA; Alexandria, VA; and Arlington, VA. Pay is $26–$32 per hour, based on experience. The role supports CentiMark Corporation’s New Construction Division in the commercial roofing industry. What you'll do

• Supervise multiple production and service roofing crews
• plan and execute projects
• coordinate project materials with the Service Director and Warehouse Manager
• establish and maintain safe job sites
• conduct pre-job and post-job inspections
• maintain paperwork
• communicate daily with customers and employees
• support project work across the stated territory.
