Senior Executive Compensation Consultant

What you'll do

• Lead executive and broad-based compensation engagements
• design incentive plans, pay structures, compensation frameworks, and total rewards strategies
• conduct market benchmarking
• advise on compensation alignment, executive pay, and governance
• build client relationships and identify business opportunities
• develop proposals, scope, pricing, and recommendations
• manage project teams, schedules, budgets, deliverables, and quality
• monitor regulatory developments and compensation trends
• use AI and technology-enabled tools
• mentor consulting professionals.
