What you'll do

• Provide strategic and operational oversight for Healthcare for the Homeless, Migrant Seasonal Agriculture Workers, and Kern Lifeline programs
• support care quality, operational efficiency, and regulatory compliance
• develop workflows
• monitor budgets, schedules, staffing, and resources
• train and oversee staff
• audit patient records
• build external relationships
• represent programs at community meetings
• and participate in EPIC EHR implementation and optimization.
