What you'll do

• Project Manager: manage projects from preconstruction through completion and closeout
• maintain schedules, budgets, and milestones
• coordinate field teams, subcontractors, vendors, architects, engineers, and clients
• manage project documentation and resolve schedule, cost, and field issues. Estimator: review drawings and bid documents
• perform quantity takeoffs
• develop cost estimates and proposals
• evaluate pricing
• identify scope gaps and risks
• support project handoff.
