Certified Cardiovascular Surgical Technologist This is an onsite, full-time position in Chattanooga, TN. Compensation is not specified. The Operating Room Open Heart Tech–Surgical Tech is responsible for pulling cases, scrubbing cases and assisting physician with surgery.

What you'll do

• Demonstrate knowledge of human growth and development, assessment, range of treatment, and care of patients appropriate to the ages of patients served
• Promote customer service initiatives
• Function as scrub person during operative procedures
• Demonstrate ability to perform technical skills and procedures
• Assist in the intra-operative care of the patient by performing technical duties as assigned
• Deliver compassionate, holistic care, while supporting the rights and dignity of all patients

What we're looking for

Education

Must be a graduate of an accredited Surgical Technician program

Experience

1 Year of surgery experience preferred in the following areas: Open heart, General, GYN, Urology, Plastics, and Orthopedics.
