What you'll do

• Negotiate power purchase and energy service agreements
• advise on electric market issues involving PJM, MISO, SPP, ERCOT, and CAISO
• represent clients in FERC proceedings
• advise on market-based rates, qualifying facilities, exempt wholesale generators, and regulatory compliance
• counsel on energy policy, renewable integration, and carbon-free procurement
• at senior level, mentor junior attorneys, manage matters and teams, and contribute to client development and practice growth.
