What you'll do

• Shadow experienced stylists
• learn salon operations and guest-service standards
• greet clients and answer phones
• learn services, pricing, products, and promotions
• assist with front desk, point-of-sale, scheduling, cleanliness, stocking, and displays
• participate in training and meetings
• perform supervised services on models when permitted.
