The Golf Course and Grounds Intern role is onsite in Bethesda, MD, with seasonal opportunities during winter 2026–2027, March through October 2027, or summer 2027. The stated pay is $19.50 per hour. Interns support Congressional Country Club’s golf courses and preparation for the 2027 KPMG Women’s PGA Championship.

What you'll do

• Assist with daily golf course setup and maintenance
• learn fertilizer and pesticide calibration and application
• support irrigation troubleshooting and repairs
• develop turf disease identification and management skills
• assist with water management, equipment maintenance, horticulture, and grounds maintenance
• and help prepare the club for the 2027 championship.
