The CNC Operator works onsite in Danvers, MA. The stated pay range is $25–$35 per hour. The operator sets up and runs CNC machines to produce precision components that meet engineering specifications and quality standards. By inspecting parts, maintaining equipment, documenting production, and working with production and engineering colleagues, the role supports reliable manufacturing schedules and continuous improvement.

What you'll do

• Set up and operate CNC machines using engineering drawings and work instructions
• load materials and secure workpieces
• select and install tools and settings
• monitor tolerances
• perform first-piece, in-process, and final inspections
• read blueprints and work orders
• make minor adjustments
• report equipment or quality issues
• perform routine maintenance
• replace worn tooling
• maintain production and inspection records
• identify non-conforming materials
• follow safety and 6S practices
• collaborate with Production, Engineering, Quality, and Maintenance.
