What you'll do

• Provide customer service while following site security procedures and emergency response activities
• conduct regular and random patrols of utility facilities, grounds, access points, and perimeter areas
• verify credentials and direct authorized visitors
• respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations
• prepare activity logs, incident reports, and shift documentation
• communicate relevant information to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
