Hospice Executive Director and Marketer

What you'll do

• Build, lead, and develop the hospice team
• establish referral relationships with hospitals, facilities, physicians, and community partners
• conduct outreach and educate referral partners
• meet with patients and families to explain hospice services
• partner with clinical leadership on transitions into care
• oversee daily branch operations, quality, and compliance
• support hiring, onboarding, training, and development
• drive business development and sustainable census growth.
