Leadership Trainee

The Leadership Trainee role is onsite in Elmhurst, IL, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Pay is $27 per hour. JX Enterprises’ two-year program develops future leaders, primarily for dealership operations, and prepares trainees to address customer business and transportation challenges. Through dealership rotations, hands-on business learning, and prospecting activities, the trainee builds operational, customer service, and leadership skills. Successful completion of training, presentations, and core competencies leads to promotion to an operations position, with a permanent placement identified in collaboration with the company.

What you'll do

• Complete the dealership rotation, business and enterprise learning, and growth and prospecting phases
• develop presentation, customer service, communication, prospecting, selling, needs analysis, closing, and solutioning skills
• learn Parts and Service operations
• take on foundational roles and shadow Sales/Ops experts
• identify potential customers, generate cross-departmental leads, improve data integrity, and make customer calls with service and parts teams. Travel up to 25% with overnight stays within the multi-state service territory.
