What you'll do

• Prepare, wash, chop, measure, mix, portion, label, date, store, and rotate ingredients
• support kitchen setup and breakdown
• maintain a clean and sanitary workstation
• follow food-safety procedures and FIFO practices
• operate equipment safely
• communicate shortages and equipment concerns to culinary leadership
• follow opening, mid-shift, and closing procedures.
