What you'll do

• Plan and implement developmentally appropriate early childhood education
• teach in the classroom and supervise and coach classroom staff
• oversee center operations, which may include licensing compliance, data entry, reporting, and attendance
• coordinate services and care with families
• observe and assess children, set individualized goals, track progress, and maintain records.

Why this role

A bachelor’s degree in early childhood education or a related field is preferred; an associate degree in early childhood education or a related field is listed. Requires two years of paid teaching experience with children ages 3–5 and six months of paid supervisory experience. Bilingual ability is highly desired.
