Construction Project Estimator

Job overview

The Construction Project Estimator role is onsite at a jobsite in Indianapolis, IN, with a salary range of $100,000–$140,000 per year. The estimator reports to the Program Executive and coordinates with project operations, field supervision, subcontractors, and clients. The role identifies, prices, documents, and tracks scope changes so project teams can understand cost and schedule impacts and align change-order decisions with project goals. It also supports field-verified quantities, productivity, and time-and-material tracking.

What you'll do

• Interpret contract drawings and specifications
• review RFIs, bulletins, and field directives
• perform quantity takeoffs
• develop change-order scopes and pricing
• coordinate with field teams to validate installation methods and production rates
• track change events and maintain change-order logs
• prepare cost backup
• assist with schedule-impact identification and time-and-material tracking
• collaborate with project management and Tri-Venture partners.
