The Community Connections YouThrive Program Manager role is onsite in Independence, MO. Compensation is $50,000 per year. The role leads the Community Connections YouThrive program at FosterAdopt Connect, which supports young adults ages 17–26 who are currently or formerly involved in foster care. The manager oversees program delivery, supervises and coaches specialists, monitors performance and outcomes, and develops community partnerships. This leadership helps ensure high-quality, youth-centered services that support young adults’ transition toward independent adulthood.

• Lead and oversee the CCYT program

Why this role

Requires personal lived experience during childhood or adolescence in foster care, kinship or relative care, homelessness, or mandated family-centered services. A bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology, public administration, or a related human services field and two or more years of nonprofit social service experience are required; a master’s degree and management experience are preferred.
