What you'll do

• Coach and hold Store Managers and teams accountable
• recruit, interview, hire, and develop employees
• maintain staffing levels
• visit assigned locations
• review schedules, labor costs, and overtime
• monitor sales, gross profit, expenses, inventory, and store performance
• develop action plans
• oversee inventory controls, shrink, and cash handling
• ensure policies and procedures are followed
• oversee customer service, merchandising, cleanliness, and food service
• support employee relations and operational paperwork
• address vendor, maintenance, and equipment issues
• identify sales and customer experience improvements.
