Cook — Senior Care Dining

Job overview

The Cook role is onsite in Holyoke, CO, and pays $17–$23 per hour. The position is part of the Dining department at Regent Park Nursing and Rehabilitation and reports to the Executive Chef. The cook prepares and serves balanced meals that meet menus and dietary guidelines, maintaining food safety, meal schedules, and portion standards for residents while supporting the facility’s dining service.

What you'll do

• Prepare, cook, season, and serve a variety of foods in large quantities
• prepare ingredients and cook meats, fish, poultry, vegetables, soups, sauces, and other menu items
• follow recipes and food-handling practices
• estimate quantities and portions, limit waste, and check trays for accuracy
• maintain kitchen equipment and supplies
• wash pots, pans, and equipment
• cooperate with staff and departments
• supervise food service employees when the Executive Chef is absent.
