What you'll do
- Coordinate pet-related services and supplies, connect participants with veterinary care and housing and community resources, maintain pet-program records and inventory, facilitate participant meetings, educate on responsible pet care, and support housing stabilization.
- Screen participants, conduct outreach, prepare reports, and maintain client records in accordance with applicable requirements.
