The Seasonal Package Delivery Driver — Non-CDL role is an onsite position based in Gaylord, MI, with pay of $22.75 per hour and overtime at time and a half. Seasonal run dates are October 18, 2026–January 12, 2027; shifts are approximately 10 hours, starting around noon, with full-time and part-time schedules available. D.E.K. Delivery is a locally operated delivery service partner focused on getting packages to customers safely and on time. The driver prepares and completes delivery routes, handling packages and operating a company-provided vehicle while maintaining safe, timely service. The role supports successful package delivery through route execution, package scanning, customer interactions, and communication with the support team.

What you'll do

• Report to the warehouse for package loadout and route preparation
• load and unload packages
• follow the navigated route and complete stops on time
• operate the delivery vehicle safely and conduct pre-trip inspections
• scan and manage packages using a smartphone
• provide customer service at delivery stops
• communicate with the support team
• assist fellow drivers on rescue calls
• return to the warehouse for closeout procedures.
